I want to film this quick thoughts about doing sports and what meal I eat daily. These daily videos are from my true experience. So there might not many options of food right now as I am still working on exploring them. But I would love to get more organized one day and share all possible easy and quick meal for you guys in the future :)
DAY 5 TAKE AWAY TIPS FOR YOUR INVISALIGN AND MY UPDATE:
1. Drink milk if you don't have time to make smoothies. Have milk handy in your fridge. I love almond butter milk.
2. Vege soup still my favourite meal so far :)
3. Invisalign is safe for working out (sports) in my opinion. Sports I do so far: gym workout, yoga, sauna, badminton (Not considered as extreme sports). Please consult your doctor if you have any concern :)
3. Still feel sore but not as bad as the first 3 days
