Lane Spina - - 2014 World Acrobatics Society Legend (Extreme Sports).
Lane Spina is a 1988 Olympic silver medalist and a 1992 Olympic bronze medalist in freestyle skiing. Lane is four time World Champion medalist. He was the 1986 International Ski Federation (FIS) World Championships silver medalist. He repeated the feat in 1989. In 1991 Lane became the FIS World Championships gold medalist. In 1993 Spina won a bronze medal is the FIS World Championships. Spina amassed 14 World Cup victories among his 49 World Cup podiums and was a five-&me US National Champion. He then qualified for the US Ski Team and Olympic Scholarship program and went on to obtain a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas. He is currently managing products for the emerging global gaming markets.
